This is a class for people who have already taken the cleanse but would like support sticking to their individual food plans. We will meet every other Monday for 2 months. Monday is a great evening to get together and refocus on Vibrant Health. The supportive group will carry you though the week and into the next week. I will serve a light vibrant meal.
